This will be post number 2 for today. I could wait until tomorrow but I think this is important and I wanted to put it out today. Besides - it was written by my buddy Frank who always makes my job easier when he posts something. Thanks Frank. Mostly I'm just sharing his post. But I will add my two cents worth at the end....
THAT'S "D" AS IN "DEMOCRAT" and "DISGRACE" - Today, the trial of accused mass murderer and terrorist Nidal Malik Hasan, U.S. Army Major, begins. Hasin is charged with 13 counts of murder, and 32 counts of attempted murder, and a string of other charges after opening fire on his fellow soldiers at Fort Hood, 4 years ago.
Hasin, the depraved self-proclaimed advocate of the cowardly Taliban, has won the right to defend himself, and has a free board of attorneys to guide him. He has grown a beard to comply with Sharia law. Even more offensive, has continued to receive his regular pay as an Army Major, totaling over $300,000.
The judge did decline to allow him to enter the defense, in Hasin's own words, that he was;"...shooting American soldiers who were being deployed to kill other Taliban..." Hasin admits he is not just a supporter of the muslim offensive against all things non-muslim, but by his own admission, states he is an American Taliban, and pre-planned this attack as part of the Taliban offensive!
So, where is the disgrace in all this, besides the obvious?
The democratic controlled justice department has charged this deviant with "Workplace violence". What does this mean? It means the soldiers killed and injured, in uniform, on duty, by this self admitted terrorist, do not receive the Purple Heart, do not qualify for benefits from a battle related injury, and their families do NOT get the insurance benefits from such a loss!!! The dead are not considered "killed in action", but ratherare considered the same as if hit by a car, off duty at the mall!
Despite multiple filings to change this status by victims, victims families, republican congressman, republican senators, witness's and advocacy groups, the DOJ and the DOD have stated:"There is no basis to classify this event as anything other than simple workplace violence."
The White House has refused to comment on why they have taken this stance. The question has been redacted from all interviews. The only comment is "We decline to comment on an ongoing investigation." What??? If it is ongoing, why did you decide to prosecute for workplace violence???
Lets be clear. These were uniformed soldiers, on duty, on base, shot and/or killed by a muslim coward who declared himself as a taliban soldier.
Francheska Velez, who returned to the U.S. just three days earlier from the war torn battlefields, and was filling out paperwork when Hasan embarked on a bloody rampage that left her and a dozen others dead, while shouting out "allah akbar" according to all surviving witnesses. A 21-year-old Chicagoan, Velez was six-weeks pregnant when she was cut down. Her unborn child is NOT considered amongst the dead, a decision also made by the DOJ.
For those of you who continue to praise the democratic administration, just what are you thinking? You continue to disgust me!
I must say I agree with Frank. The Obama Justice Department has totally botched this one and Eric Holder once again has good cause to resign. Nadal Hassan has renounced his citizenship and claimed not only membership but complete allegiance to Islamic extremism and the Taliban. Holder called it a simple case of workplace violence and Hassan has told him (Holder) and the rest of the world that it was nothing but a deliberate terrorist attack against the American military.
Why would Holder make the decision to try Hassan on workplace violence charges instead of terrorism? Simple. It was the first act of Islamic terrorism on American soil under on Obama's watch and Obama and Holder were determined not to allow it to be. If they disguised it as workplace violence then Obama could say there had never been an Islamic terrorist attack on his watch. Unfortunately for the President, Nadal Hassan apparently does not allow the Justice Department to dictate his intent or motives. And in April of this year the Tsarnaev brothers changed Obama's record dramatically with the Boston Marathon bombing. Holder actually wanted to change that into a simple domestic terrorism charge but the young survivor of the Tsarnaev brothers admitted it was done for Islam. And by then it didn't matter because Nadal Hassan had already told the world how wrong Holder was.
There have been numerous demands of Holder from the victims, the families, and Republican politicians, to change the charge to terrorism. The victims and families of victims will receive nothing from the government in compensation and/or support from a "workplace violence" incident. Why won't they change the charges? Because it would make them look bad. No matter how blatant the evidence is or how many times Hassan states the obvious - Holder won't change it because it would make him look bad. Gee - I wonder if he knows how bad he looks already...?
From the lies about "phony scandals" to the lies about Nadal Hassan, to the lies about Fast and Furious, Eric Holder and Barack Obama have proved to be treacherous and devious opponents of true justice in this country. Holder handles all of his cases with the political agenda of Barack Obama rather than fulfilling his oath of office. Eric Holder is supposed to be the guy America turns to for justice. Instead he decides what will and will not be allowed in court and violates not only his oath but the Constitution. The President is supposed to be the man who upholds and supports the Constitution and serves the people. They both need to go.
